Thank you for shopping with Jordana Blossom. We hope you love your handmade jewellery, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to decide if you’d like to make a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Once your return is approved, it must be shipped back within 7 days.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

• Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
