Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods, such as holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers, including Canada Post, USPS, and other local couriers.

  • Canada: Estimated delivery within 3–9 business days

  • United States: Estimated delivery within 5–12 business days

  • International: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders, which will be noted on our website.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, or other external factors. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at hello@jordanablossom.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
