This website is operated by Jordana Blossom. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jordana Blossom. We offer this website and its services to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
2. Eligibility
To use our services or make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using this site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Products
All of our jewelry is handmade with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur. We do our best to display product colors accurately, but cannot guarantee your device’s screen will reflect them precisely.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
We accept secure payments via major credit cards and other options available through Shopify Payments. Payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship orders within Toronto and throughout Canada. Processing times are typically 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping provider.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jordanablossom.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@jordanablossom.com if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, product designs, and branding — is the property of Jordana Blossom. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the site or our products without express written permission.
9. User Conduct
